DEMO: We will be having a Demo on Saturday May 19, 2012, in Frederick and Middletown. Please all students and instructors show up at the Frederick school no later than 8 AM. Please bring all of your sparring gears and uniforms. Students please wear your white demo uniform, if you do not have this then just wear your normal Taekwondo uniform. Instructors please wear your Black uniform. Please dont forget to come watch us!!
BLACK BELT TESTING: We will be having a black belt test at Gaithersburg school Sunday May 27,2012. The times are as follows: Taekwondo 10:00 AM Hapkido 12:00PM

Frederick school:

We will be testing Thursday May 24, 2012 and Saturday May 26,2012.
The time is the normal scheduale time
Gaithersburg school:
We will be testing Wednesday May 23, 2012 and Friday May 25,2012.
The time is the normal scheduale time.
