DEMO: We will be having a Demo on Saturday May 19, 2012, in Frederick and Middletown. Please all students and instructors show up at the Frederick school no later than 8 AM. Please bring all of your sparring gears and uniforms. Students please wear your white demo uniform, if you do not have this then just wear your normal Taekwondo uniform. Instructors please wear your Black uniform. Please dont forget to come watch us!!
